About

I'm Chris Hunter.
I'm an agency owner first.

I've run agencies for 23 years. Right now I'm the Head of AI inside my own, and I take the same seat for other agency owners.

The short version

Two agencies,
23 years.

I started my first agency, Web Unlimited, and sold it in 2014. Then I built Marketing Heroes, which I still run.

Twenty-three years of it means I've had every conversation you're having right now. The payroll line that keeps climbing. The client who wants more for the same fee. The good person you can't afford to lose. And lately, the “we should be doing more with AI” thread that never turns into anything.

Inside Marketing Heroes

I'm doing this to
my own agency first.

Marketing Heroes had six offshore seats, about $12,000 a month. Two of them are off now. One operator and a team of AI agents are picking up that work, and the rest come off the same way, one lane at a time.

A voice agent answers the phone. An SDR agent works the leads. An executive assistant runs inbox and calendar. Lead verification, client reporting and the weekly content cycle all run on the same Second Brain I'd build in your agency.

It isn't finished. I'm partway through, and I'll show you where it's working and where it isn't yet.

Why the seat

The tools were never
the hard part.

Every agency owner I talk to has tried AI. Somebody bought a subscription, somebody built a pilot, and six weeks later the team was back to doing it by hand.

The tool wasn't the problem. Nobody owned it. Nobody picked which job went first, measured it, trained the team on it and kept it running after the excitement wore off.

That's the job. It's the one I do in my own agency, and it's the seat I take in yours.

What to expect

How I
work.

I'll tell you if it's not a fit.

If AI isn't going to pay off in your agency yet, you'll hear that on the first call.

You get me.

The person on your calls every week is the one who wrote this page. Not a junior, not an account manager.

I'll show you mine.

My own AI use policy, my own risk register, my own agency running on the system. You don't have to take my word for any of it.

AI does the work. You still run the agency.

It takes jobs off your team's plate. It doesn't make your calls for you.

One call

Twenty minutes.
Straight answers.

Tell me where AI is stuck in your agency. I'll tell you what I'd do about it.
