Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Show up, screen-ready. I’ll drive the demo.

Will this be a sales pitch?

The first 10 minutes is a live demo. The next 7 is about your agency. The last 3 is honest scope and pricing. If at any point you’d rather not move forward, just say so — I’m not going to push.

Is this right for my agency?

If you’re an owner-led marketing/digital agency, 5–30 staff, $500K–$5M revenue, North America — yes. If you’re a roofing agency, no (I run a separate agency in that vertical and won’t compete with you).
